onspaces -r: Stop mirroring

Use the onspaces -r option to end mirroring for a dbspace, blobspace, or sbspace.

Syntax:

>>-onspaces -r--+-dbspace---+--+-----+-------------------------><
                +-blobspace-+  '- -y-'   
                '-sbspace---'            

This command has an equivalent SQL administration API function.

Element Purpose Key considerations
-r Indicates to the database server that mirroring should be ended for an existing dbspace, blobspace, or sbspace For background information, see the chapter on using mirroring in the IBM® Informix® Administrator's Guide.
-y Causes the database server to respond yes to all prompts automatically None.
blobspace Names the blobspace for which you want to end mirroring. Syntax must conform to the Identifier segment; see the IBM Informix Guide to SQL: Syntax. For more information, see the chapter on using mirroring in the IBM Informix Administrator's Guide.
dbspace Names the dbspace for which you want to end mirroring. Syntax must conform to the Identifier segment; see the IBM Informix Guide to SQL: Syntax. For more information, see the chapter on using mirroring in the IBM Informix Administrator's Guide.
sbspace Names the sbspace for which you want to end mirroring Syntax must conform to the Identifier segment; see the IBM Informix Guide to SQL: Syntax. For background information, see the chapter on using mirroring in the IBM Informix Administrator's Guide.
