Editing the TSM client user options file

You can edit the IBM® Tivoli® Storage Manager (TSM) client user options file, dsm.opt. This file must refer to the correct TSM server instance, as listed in the dsm.sys file.

Set the following options in the dsm.opt file:
SERVERNAME
Identifies which TSM server instance, as listed in the dsm.sys file, that HCL Informix® Interface for TSM contacts for services.
TRACEFILE
Sends trace output information to a designated file.
TRACEFLAG
Sets specific trace flags
