mi_fp_setreturnisnull() function

The mi_fp_setreturnisnull() function is a DataBlade API function that sets the return value of the user-defined routine to NULL through the MI_FPARAM argument in the user-defined routine. BladeSmith adds the MI_FPARAM argument to the generated code for all user-defined routines.
