Installing DataBlade modules

Before you can use a DataBlade module, make sure your database server and any clients are properly configured.

On UNIX, you must have these environment variables set properly: INFORMIXDIR, PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, ONCONFIG, and INFORMIXSERVER. For more information, see the IBM® Informix Administrator's Guide.

On Windows, you must have these environment variables set properly: INFORMIXDIR and INFORMIXSERVER. For more information, see the IBM Informix Installation Guide.
