Modifying a space

Specify whether the database server can expand the size of the storage space when necessary by adding or extending a chunk. Set the minimum size that the server can use to expand the space.

To modify a space:

1. On the menu of the HCL OpenAdmin Tool (OAT) for Informix, click Space Administration > Storage.
2. Expand the Spaces panel.
3. On the Spaces page, select the space.
4. Click Modify.
5. Complete the fields on the page.
