Managing a trusted context

Modify, enable, disable, or delete a trusted context for a database.

Prerequisites: Only the database security administrator (DBSECADM) role can create, modify, or delete trusted contexts. For trusted contexts, the HCL OpenAdmin Tool (OAT) for Informix® requires HCL Informix 11.70.

To manage a trusted context:

  1. On the OAT menu, click Server Administration > Trusted Context.
  2. Click the database that contains the trusted context.
  3. Select the check box for the trusted context.
  4. Click Actions and then click the appropriate action.
