Check for alerts on the nodes in an Enterprise Replication
(ER) domain.
An alert is raised when a node meets or exceeds an alert
threshold.
To check for alerts:
- On the menu for the HCL OpenAdmin Tool (OAT) for Informix®,
click .
Any nodes with alerts
are highlighted.
- Click the node and then, on the Actions menu,
click Node Status.
A page displays
the profile data and any alerts for the node.
- To review the replication activity for the selected node,
on the Actions menu, click Node
Details.
The Summary page
displays high-level statistics for the selected node. Click the tabs
for more detailed information about the node:
- Capture: Data capture activity at the selected
node.
- Send Queue: The send queue for the selected
node and its target nodes and replicates.
- Network: The network activity between the
selected node and its partner ER nodes.
- Disk Usage: The spaces used by the selected
node when the send and receive queues fill and transactions are spooled
to disk.
- Apply: The replicated transactions applied
at the current node.
- ATS: The Aborted Transaction Spooling (ATS)
files for the selected node. You can repair failed transactions by
using the ATS files from this page.
- RIS: The Row Information Spooling (RIS)
files for the selected node. You can repair failed transactions by
using the RIS files from this page.
- Errors: The errors related to the selected
node or the domain.
- Configuration: The ER configuration parameters
defined for the selected node. You can edit the parameters from this
page.
