Deleting an ER server

Delete a server from an Enterprise Replication (ER) domain and stop all replication of data to or from the server.

To delete an ER server:

  1. On the menu of the HCL OpenAdmin Tool (OAT) for Informix®, click Replication > ER Domain.
  2. Select the server on the Routing Topology page or the Server List page.
  3. On the Actions menu, click Delete Server.

To delete an entire ER domain, perform the Delete Server action on each server in the domain.

Restriction: You cannot delete a server that has non-root or leaf children. Delete the children of a server before deleting the parent server.
