TimeSeries

Use these pages to review and administer database objects related to a time series, including tables, indexes, and virtual tables, and TimeSeries subtypes, containers, and calendars.

Prerequisite: For Informix® 11.50 and earlier, the TimeSeries DataBlade module must be installed and registered in the database.

A time series is a set of data that is recorded as it varies over time. Each entry is time stamped and stored in the database. The Informix TimeSeries extension provides the TimeSeries data type, containers, and calendars for managing time series data.

The list displays the databases and tables in the database server that contain a TimeSeries data type. To view information about a database or a table, click it in the list. To view more information about a specific database or table object, click the expand icon on the object panel.
