Creating the Point DataBlade module

To create the Point DataBlade module:

  1. Start BladeSmith from the Informix® program group and choose Project > New.
  2. Type Point for the DataBlade module name, specify your database server version, leave all other fields in the wizard as their default values, and click Finish.
  3. Choose Project > Save; create a directory called Point in any convenient place on your hard disk drive and save your project there as a file called Point.ibs.
