Manually adding HCL Informix OLE DB Provider to the registry

If you must manually add HCL Informix® OLE DB Provider to the registry, you can do it as follows:

  1. Using the command prompt, change directory to INFORMIXDIR\bin. The file ifxoledbc.dll is present in this directory.
  2. Type Regsvr32.exe ifxoledbc.dll and press Enter.
