Description
is an application programming interface (API) that provides functions and macros for the implementation of applications with multicultural support that are compatible with globalization. This API allows applications to access information in locale files. The 7.00 library incorporates the International Components for Unicode (ICU) 60.2 library.
Compatibility
The is written with the assumption that you are using version 14.10 with version 7.00 of the library.
