Viewing checkpoint history

View the checkpoint history to determine basic checkpoint information including the number of times that threads waited for a checkpoint to finish.

You can use the checkpoint history to determine if the checkpoint interval is appropriate.

To view the checkpoint history:

  1. On the OAT menu, click Space Administration > Recovery Logs.
  2. Click the Checkpoints tab.
