Restarting replication on a server
Restart replication on an Enterprise Replication (ER) server.
You can restart replication on a server after replication is stopped with the Stop Replication action or after replication stops for another reason, such as memory allocation problems.
When you restart replication on a server, ER activates all connections to other connected replication servers. All appropriate database transactions that occurred on the other servers while replication was stopped are replicated to this server.
To restart replication on a server:
- On the menu of the HCL OpenAdmin Tool (OAT) for Informix®, click .
- On the Routing Topology page or the Server List page, select the server.
- On the Actions menu, click Start Server.
