Stopping or restarting replication on a server

Temporarily stop or restart Enterprise Replication (ER) on database server.

You can stop replication on a server without stopping the server in several ways by using the HCL OpenAdmin Tool (OAT) for Informix®.

Suspending replication for a server
Suspend the delivery of replicated data to an Enterprise Replication (ER) server from specified servers in the domain.
Resuming replication to a suspended server
Resume the delivery of replicated data to an Enterprise Replication (ER) server that is suspended.
Stopping replication on a server

Restarting replication on a server

Restarting replication with empty queues

Enabling replication for a disabled server
Restart replication on an Enterprise Replication (ER) server for which replication is disabled.
