Explanation
A memory allocation error occurred. Probably the
system is out of virtual shared memory.

User response
Run onpload again when fewer
users are on the system.
For UNIX,
increase the amount of available shared memory with the UNIX kernel configuration.
For Windows, reduce the number of
applications running concurrently.
